Abstract Revision and Withdrawal Policy

The submission process includes a step where the primary author can view the abstract as it will appear in the program and published in the journals. AAA is not responsible for and will not copy edit any abstract submissions. 

After the abstract has been successfully submitted, any change to the abstract title, body, authors and/or institutional affiliations must be submitted through the abstract submission system and approved by all authors.

Abstract Revisions
After the 12/14 abstract deadline, there is a $25 fee for any changes to the abstract.  The deadline to make any changes is February 1, 2023. The revision request will be sent to all abstract authors.

Abstract Withdrawals
Requests for abstract withdrawal must be made on the online abstract submission site.  There is no fee for abstracts withdrawn by January 3, 2022.  $50 fee for abstracts withdrawn between January 4th and February 15, 2023.
