Abstract Revision and Withdrawal Policy

When the abstract was submitted, the submitter agreed to the following:

By submitting an abstract, the primary author certifies that they have the approval of all co-authors listed in the application to publish and present the information contained in the abstract.
•    I confirm that all authors have read the abstract and approved their authorship of the abstract and agree to the policies outlined.
•    I have read and agree to the Scientific Integrity Policy
•    I have read and agree to abide by the AAA Code of Conduct
•    I understand that abstracts will be published in the online program and mobile app prior to the meeting, as well as online as a supplement to either Developmental Dynamics (all scientific research abstracts) or Anatomical Sciences Education (all education research abstracts). Abstracts will not be copy edited and will be published as submitted by author. Any abstract changes or withdrawals are subject to a fee.

The submission process includes a step where the primary author can view the abstract as it will appear in the program and published in the journals. AAA is not responsible for and will not copy edit any abstract submissions.

After the abstract has been successfully submitted, any change to the abstract title, body, authors and/or institutional affiliations must be submitted through the abstract submission system and approved by all authors.

Abstract Revisions
After the abstract deadline, there is a $25 fee for any changes to the abstract.  The deadline to make any changes is January 30, 2024. The revision request will be sent to all abstract authors. Only minor changes are allowed.
