Submit a pre-proposal that includes your preliminary ideas for Anatomy Connected 2027.  This process allows for early review and feedback before a full proposal is required.

Pre-proposal Deadline: extended to August 3rd
Pre-proposals should include a session description and potential speakers (you don't need to ask speakers at this stage).

The programming committees will review the pre-proposals and select proposals to submit a full proposal. Full proposals should include speakers who have been invited to speak in the session. Full Proposals will be due on September 18th. You must submit a pre-proposal to be considered at the full proposal stage!

Or it can be 2 invited speakers giving 30-minute talks and select 2 speakers from the submitted abstracts giving 15-minute talks (abstract selected talks are not eligible for reimbursement). The symposium should have a central theme clearly defined in the proposal. The talks can be complementary, focus on different aspects of a given topic, or present varied approaches/informed opinions about the topic. The proposal should include a clear statement of the symposium topic. The proposal should also include the names of the invited speakers.
