Pseudosuchia: Masters of survival and diversification

Dr. Holly Woodward is a Professor of Anatomy at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. Her research explores how extant species life histories are recorded in their hard tissues to use as a framework for interpreting the growth dynamics of extinct taxa from fossils. Dr. Jorge Cubo is a Professor of Paleontology at Sorbonne University (Paris). His research deals with the paleophysiology of extinct tetrapods using phylogenetic comparative methods and histo-morphological features. Dr. Mariana Sena is a postdoctoral researcher also at the Center for Research in Paleontology, Sorbonne Université. Her current work focuses on the origins of flight in vertebrates, investigating the metabolic challenges associated with the evolution of powered flight in birds. This webinar is free and open access for both members and nonmembers.
