How to register: 
1. Login, if non-member will need to create an account
2. Click Register Myself button
3. Answer the Required Question: Do you have any Dietary Restrictions or allergies?
4. Click the Save Response button
5. Towards the bottom of the page, choose your registration category by clicking the Add button, Faculty – Member, Non-Member, or Trainee – Member. 
6. Click Proceed to Checkout
7. You will enter your payment method
8. Click the Submit Order button
