A. Wayne Vogl, Ph.D., FAAA

2021 Recipient

This award recognizes my contributions to the discipline of anatomy, both to research and to the education. The AAA has been my professional home since the early 1980s and has greatly contributed to the development of my career. The exposure I received early in my career through the AAA contributed to my promotion through the ranks at the University of British Columbia and was the major factor in my being invited to be a co-author on a number of anatomy textbooks published by Elsevier, which has further contributed to the development of my career.
